In his New Year message to all stakeholders, Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority General Daya Ratnayake has sent greetings all our stakeholders and their family members.
“The year 2020 was a challenging year for the maritime industry in general. We faced several novel challenges due to the prevailing status of the pandemic,” Gen. Ratnayake has noted. However, he asserted that “we were able to overcome the obstacles through sincere commitments timely contingencies and unity of everyone involved in our industry.”

However, we were able to overcome the obstacles through sincere commitments timely contingencies and unity of everyone involved in our industry. I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude for keeping your trust on us and cooperating throughout the tough period we passed.
Along with great effort amidst the difficulties your heartiest support trust and cooperation are the indispensable factors helped us achieve success and affirm our strong position in this competitive environment.
