Steps have been taken to distribute ration packs for the families of the employees of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority who are currently receiving treatment for the coronavirus infection. The event is organized by the Welfare and Industrial Relations Division under the guidance of the Chairman and Management of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority.
As the first step, the Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority, General Daya Ratnayake handed over the first set of the Ration Packs to Mr Chitral Jayawarna, Chief Manager of Welfare and Industrial Relations Division for distribution among the targeted families of the SLPA employees receiving treatment for Covid-19.
