The new Secretary to the Ministry of Ports and Shipping is a senior official of the Ceylon Administrative Service. C. Mr D. Jayalal assumed duties on 18.08.2020. Additional Secretaries and Staff of the Ministry of Ports and Shipping, Chairman of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority General Daya Ratnayake, Vice Chairman- Managing Director of the SLPA Mr W. S. Weeraman, Private Secretary to the Minister of Ports and Shipping Mr Sarath Kumara and many other officials were present on the occasion.
