A meeting of representatives appointed by each division of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority to observe the implementation of the guideline for eradicating the Covid-19 was held at the secretariat recently. The meeting was chaired by the Additional Managing Director of Sri Lanka Ports Authority Mr Upali De Zoysa.
The Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority, Dr Jayasekera and the officer-in-charge of the Covid-19 Operational office Mr ACMK Rahman also made the comments during the meeting. Participants were also given copies of the guideline for eradicating Covid-19 pandemic prepared by the SLPA.
Representatives of the Galle and Trincomalee ports were also present at the meeting.
