Newly appointed Chairman of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority Capt. Nihal Keppetipola has assumed duties this morning (June 22) at his office in Port of Colombo.
Hon. Rohitha Abeygunawardena, Minister of Ports and Shipping, Hon. Douglas Devananda, Minister of Fisheries, Hon. Sarath Weerasekera, Minister of Public Defense, Hon. Jayantha Samaraweera, State Minister of Warehouse Facilities, Container Yards, Port Supply Facilities and Boats and Shipping Industry Development, Mr. U C D Jayalal, Secretary to the Ministry of Ports and Shipping and many other officials were present on the occasion.
